Paid Viewpoint and Firefox

Just a quick heads up in case anybody tries doing a shampoo survey on Paid Viewpoint that directs you to the external site Beauty Hub. This external site asks you to select pictures related to scent. However, it doesn't appear to work in Firefox. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work, and then thought I'd try using Chrome. It worked fine in Chrome.

I just thought I'd post about it just in case it's relevant to anyone.

It didn't work for me, completed the survey anyway, got the credit. Hoping Paid Viewpoint won't notice

So, I received the following response from Paid Viewpoint, which I thought I should share. I will let other people draw their own conclusions, but it would be nice if they mentioned this on their site:

We are sorry that you are having this issue! Our site will not always work right using the Firefox browser. Please use Chrome. Our site is optimized for Chrome and you will have a much better experience on our site when using it!

You can also use a mobile device. Just download our free mobile app from the Google Play Store if you have an Android device and the Apple App Store if you have an Apple device.

You do not have to switch browsers or devices, but we won't be able to compensate you for glitchy surveys unless it happens to the whole panel.
