Branded Account Health Pledge

I have to take a health pledge on Branded Surveys.  It consists of checking 6 boxes to pledge to be a valued community member.  Then there are 2 boxes to write in about why you like being a Branded member & your favorite restaurant experience (I don't even eat at restaurants).  Each box has to contain 250 words (not gibberish).  I feel like I'm back in school writing an essay in order to pass a class.  This is nuts.  GRRR.

I agree it is absurd, and it is also annoying that you only get it when you click on a survey - which is then gone by the time you have finished.

It was not so bad when it was 50 words, but as you say 250 is a bit over the top. I think that as long as you write full sentences about anything then it passes the test. It's worked for me (as like you I barely frequent restaurants!)

I moaned about exactly the same thing recently. Best thing to do might be to contact them and complain. If enough of us do it, they might change this ridiculous policy.

I have never heard of such a thing. What the heck!  is that forced labor?

Yes I just took it and it was so lame. 250 for a restaurant experience and then 150 on all the things I like about Branded. It didnt even pay anything, not even a measly 10 pts like those polls or quizzes do.  I hope they don't go down the samplalicious road, I loath their surveys. Tell us about animals that people have as puts..I click right out. Their measly 30-50 pts do not cover me having to write an essay.

So it's not only me???? This is my 1st time in a while logging in here since I have been chained to a hospital bed for 3 weeks and have just been released.

This BS from Branded just started for me today  and just before I was in hospital, I left most of the survey sites as I was tried of feeling degraded!!! One points and all.

I have remained with PV and Ipsos or now anyway and I started to do Branded again but this pledge and ID verification doesn't sit well with me

So sorry to hear about your health issues. I really hope that you're recovery goes as well as possible.

The mischievous side to me has just wondered what would happen if every time I contacted their CS I asked them to answer 6 questions about answering honestly and then describe their restaurant experiences and what they like about communicating with me before I would ask my question. After all, it would be good to check that I'm also dealing with a human! 

I got it yesterday and it was a royal pain but I did it. i am still waiting to get enough points to cash out and quit. I hate Branded.

Like you Sandy I often find myself feeling this way. The sad thing is that it has the potential to be a good site. However, so often it is littered with ridiculously low paying surveys that you have to skip to get to anything worthwhile, and then you have the late rejections.

Oh well, maybe today will be a good day.

Survey-wise, I've always found Branded to be pretty good. Which is why this sort of stuff is even more annoying.

While I had the stamina, I filled it out.. and what helped me was that I told them diplomatically, what I thought of the site, restaurants...reached the thousand word limit easy! LOL

The new thing is the id verification system. I haven’t completed it yet, has anyone else?
